Had some surprises needing to pay the parking since most parking outside the city center are free. When booking the room, the age of the child was indicated and it was written included. This should have been included when booking and not at the check-in.

The first thing that you notice when you walk in the building is a calming lavender scent. The aesthetic is really nice and all the areas are really clean. The room was spacious and cute.

I booking hotel for my baby because of swim pool. But the swim pool can not use swim ring, and swim toys. I feel so bad. My baby girl is only 80 cm tall. I think your swim pool don't welcome young children. If I know that before, I won't booking this hotel.

You need a car (for Okinawa)! Naha center is 50min with a bus. There is a beach nearby but it’s a 30min walk.

The pool wasn’t opened
Very close to what you could call the centre of Naha, we loved the views of this hotel. Looks and feels brand new, rooms are clean and practical and bed was comfy. Breakfast was excellent and there is also a pool for the summer. Very nice and welcoming staff and private parking on site.

The lobby of the hotel is not located on the first floor,so it is not easy to find.
Wonderful overall hotel accommodations, onsite restaurant and staff. The staff was so friendly, helpful and professional (I spoke English only); the bathroom / bedding - TV area were spacious (enjoyed my ocean view); rooms are cleaned every other day; they have a Lawson store (similar to 7-Eleven) located near front hotel entrance. Hotel is located minutes away from Camp Kinser. The outside rooftop pool and sitting spaces provided a relaxing and picturesque view. The Japanese styled breakfast buffet was excellent (staff was hospitable). We enjoyed it (additional cost was worth it for us). Note: I was originally nervous because the hotel had just joined Booking.com a month before I made my reservations. Upon arrival, my worries quickly went away. I'm so elated we had an enjoyable experience.
